JUST THE FACTS!!!!!!!!!

bigcitycollectables suggested that you all read this site, well I did,
and it’s shows how Bush’s ‘rise’ mirrors that of Hitler’s.
Starting with: Hitler’s low election numbers but still “Hitler is appointed Chancellor by Hindenburg”.
& “Bush is appointed President by the Supreme Court”

American_Nazification
ush is foisted on the American public through a coup d'etat of the Supreme Court after massive election fraud perpetrated by his brother in Florida.
Thousands of voters were illegally disqualified in the 2000 election in the state of Florida, when Jeb Bush and his Secretary of State compiled a false list of felons who would not be allowed to vote.
The Supreme Court was packed with reactionary right-wingers, several of whom had conflicts of interest because of their ties to the Bush family.
Dubya appoints convicted criminals, racists, and corporate-controlled underlings to his cabinet.
January, 2001
Bush pushes his tax cuts for the wealthy through Congress, begins his assaults on the environment, and commands the FBI to stop investigations concerning the Bin Laden family and other suspected terrorist cells.
When the Word Trade Center and the Pentagon were attacked, Bush was listening to Florida grade school children read. When informed of the attack by his associates, he continued listening. He then flew to a security bunker in Nebraska before finally returning to the White House.
No military aircraft had been scrambled to intercept the four hijacked planes, though there was plenty of time to do so.
The Bush junta's totally cynical appointment of the war criminal Henry Kissinger to create a coverup for the 9/11 terrorist attacks on American citizens arouses additional suspicion that the Bush administration was complicit in the horror. Under pressure, Kissinger was forced to resign.
Hundreds of suspects were immediately jailed after 9/11, without benefit of habeas corpus or other rights. Some of these suspects have already been found guilty of the crime.
The Bush junta forced the Patriot Act bill through Congress, suspending essential civil liberties, excusing oppression as essential to the "war on terrorism," and maintaining that dissent was treason.
The Patriot Act abrogated the following American constitutional protections:
 Free expression of opinion
 Freedom of the press
 Right of assembly and association
 Right to privacy of postal and electronic communications
 Protection against unlawful searches and seizures
 Individual property rights
 States' right of self-government
Presidential decrees make it possible for military forces to be used to monitor and control the civilian population, in abrogation of the posse comitatus act
In the 2000 and now again in the midterm 2002 elections, electronic voting has meant that our democratic right to have our votes counted fairly and accurately has been taken from us by the Bush junta.
Since we now suffer under the situation where there is no opposition to the criminal Bush regime--most Democrats having effectively become pawns of the Republicans--then none of the state election frauds will be investigated. We can't be sure that key races such as that of Mondale in Minnesota and Carnahan in Missouri were not the result of massive vote fraud. We can be sure that the Florida gubernatorial race was completely fixed.
This sinister phase 3 of the Nazification of America is best understood by reviewing some of the information that Greg Palast has made available. Palast is the investigative reporter for BBC and the Observer who first exposed the 2000 Florida vote crimes.
94,000 people -- over half of them African American --were on a "scrub list" in Florida, resulting in their being blocked from voting in the 2000 election. Did Florida rectify this mistake before the 2002 election? Fuhgeddaboudit! Those voters won't be reinstated in Florida until January 2003--if ever.
Electronic, touch screen voting is the basis for election fraud:
 votes can easily be lost through "software glitches"
 Democratic votes can become Republican votes and no one is the wiser
The "touch" screen computers are made by ES&S, the vendor chosen by Katherine Harris, Florida Secretary of State and current congressperson. The lobbyist who sold that company's system to Jeb and Katherine is Sandy Mortham, founder of Women for Jeb and Harris' predecessor as Secretary of State. Mortham was the person who instigated the scam in 1998 to find black voters who could be disqualified.
ES&S machines, not surprisingly, failed to work in black precincts in 2002. And of course with electronic voting there is no paper ballot back-up.
In the "decisive" 2002 mid-term "elections" the Republicans gained control of all branches of government: executive, legislative, and judicial. Just as in Hitler's Enabling Act, so Bush Jr. forced the Homeland Security bill through Congress which gave him complete dictatorial powers:
 the President is able to make any decision he wishes without judicial or legislative restraint
 the executive branch can now carry on its meetings in secret, without scrutiny from the press or the people
 the "homeland security" agents can now intrude in any part of a citizen's life
 The Cyber Security Enhancement Act slipped into the Homeland Security bill at the last moment:
 allows police to conduct Internet or telephone eavesdropping willy-nilly with no requirement to ask a court's permission first
 demands life sentences for hackers that 'recklessly' endanger lives
 allows Net surveillance to gather telephone numbers, IP addresses, and URLs or e-mail information, where an 'immediate threat to a national security interest' is suspected
 permits ISPs to hand users' records over to law enforcement authorities, overturning current legislation that outlaws such behavior
 the Homeland Security Information Awareness Office will be run by a former convicted felon
 up to 850,000 jobs will be privatized, knocking out union and civil service oversight
On November 14, 2002, as the Senate was being pressured to pass a hastily-prepared homeland security bill, Senator Byrd spoke out vehemently against the bill as Bush's grab for dictatorial power--the worst act of tyranny, Byrd said, in the fifty years he's been in Congress.
Secret US Police Concentration Camps
In a revealing admission in June, 1997, the Director of Resource Management for the U.S. Army confirmed the validity of a memorandum relating to the establishment of a civilian inmate labor program under development by the Department of the Army. The document states, "Enclosed for your review and comment is the draft Army regulation on civilian inmate labor utilization" and the procedure to "establish civilian prison camps on installations."
Amid widespread rumors, Congressman Henry Gonzales clarified the question of the existence of civilian detention camps. In an interview, Gonzalez stated, "The truth is yes--you do have these stand by provisions, and the plans are here . . . whereby you could, in the name of stopping terrorism . . . evoke the military and arrest Americans and put them in detention camps."
Pierre Tristam's 11/26/02 editorial in the Daytona Beach News Journal blew the lid off the Homeland Security Department.
"The New Deal was a 'reorganization' or an 'expansion' of government. The creation of the Homeland Security Department is a coup within the government. What Ollie North once did illegally in a White House basement - free-lancing policy with public money and accountability to no one - a $37 billion department with 170,000 employees will now do legally in what is sure to be a high-rise of basements and metaphorical windows on Washington's Bureaucracy Row. Like a Wall Street firm beholden only to its board room, the second-largest government department is now a proprietary arm of the presidency. It operates beyond congressional scrutiny and public accountability, and guarantees secrecy to its own machinations or to those of any private business with which it deals.
"Let's say Kafka Inc. were a company that made surveillance cameras the government was installing at a few thousand intersections. Kafka's products happen to be pathetically faulty, as such devices commonly are. The public would be outraged if it knew. But all Kafka would have to do to keep its products' evaluations from becoming public is submit them to the Department of Homeland Security, where everything is to be kept secret by law. What Kafka does, every other company or hospital or airline or even local sheriff's department can do with any proposal, any budget item, any safety plan made part of the homeland security racket. The department, in other words, is a black hole to the Freedom of Information Act - everything goes in, nothing gets out."
On Sunday, November 10th, the New York Times announced that 200,000 to 250,000 troops would be used to attack Iraq, while 265,000 National Guard and Reserve personnel would be called to active duty--MOST OF WHICH WILL BE DEPLOYED IN THE UNITED STATES! Is Bush at war with Iraq or with American citizens?

May 27, 2003 - After the fall of the Berlin Wall, President George H.W. Bush ushered in the post-Soviet era by calling it a “New World Order.” The former president Bush followed up his statement by invading Panama and then going to war against Iraq in the first Persian Gulf War.

Like his father, President George W. Bush is aggressively pursuing this New World Order. He has prosecuted unilateralism to the fullest, aggressively trumpeting violence in foreign affairs. In just over two years in office, President Bush has attempted to overthrow the democratically elected Venezuelan government, escalated the Andean guerilla war via “Plan Colombia,” engendered a war in Afghanistan, disregarded the will of the U.N. Security Council and violating the organization’s charter and invaded Iraq a second time, finishing off Saddam Hussein. Yet, these worldwide interventions are not misguided blunders, but rather a rational policy aimed at global military domination.

Even before Bush’s election, a Washington neoconservative think tank, the Project for the New American Century, laid out the nature of this omnipotent American Empire. Headed by conservative strategists William Kristol and Gary Schmitt, PNAC is a central actor now defining the Bush Administration’s foreign policy. Senior members of the Bush Administration, including Vice President Dick Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Defense Department strategist Paul Wolfowitz and State Department Undersecretary Elliott Abrams, have signed on to PNAC’s Statement of Principles.

By advocating an invincible military as well as a bold and aggressive foreign policy, PNAC aims to duplicate the successes of Reagan’s bellicose Presidency. However, PNAC seeks to go beyond that in the current Administration, calling for a state of permanent global intervention. Neo-conservatives insist that the United States must have the will to create an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity and our principles. PNAC is arguing for a permanent state of war, in which the United States will be in perpetual conflict with all who seek to oppose American domination.

In order to achieve global military dominance, PNAC projects remaking the American military machine. In its paper “Remaking America’s Defenses,” the neo-conservative planners call for a “transformation” of the American military. PNAC advises a “revolution in military affairs” through the application of advanced technology and reorganization of the military. This includes missile defense, control of space and cyberspace, and a hybridization of robotic and conventional forces. PNAC envisions America to be the hegemonic military power on land, in the sea, over the air, and in outer space. This, of course, is precisely Donald Rumsfeld’s program as defense secretary. And to what end? A new technological military supremacy will secure vital resources and ensure political submission throughout the empire.

As ominous as this radical expansion of military control is, the domestic governmental change that PNAC advocates and that the Bush administration has begun to implement is just as frightening. Essentially, PNAC thinkers desire military control over the American polity. PNAC planners understand that America’s voters “will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions.” Attaining absolute political power, then, will enable neo-conservatives to institutionalize their policy goals within the federal bureaucracy. As the new Department of Homeland Security, the Patriot Act, the ongoing infringement of civil liberties and the growing climate of fear demonstrate, some of these goals have already been met.

PNAC planners realized several years ago that the American public must live in fear in order for such imperialistic plans to be accepted as reasonable. Writing a year and a half before Sept. 11, 2001, the PNAC noted that the process of bringing about this public state of fear would likely take a considerable length of time, “absent some catastrophic and cataclysmic event — like a new Pearl Harbor.” In other words, a Pearl Harbor-type event offered the possibility of accelerating the American public’s willingness to accept the project of world domination (and the stifling of domestic dissent) as its own.

Bush saw Sept. 11, then, precisely as an “opportunity” — Condoleeza Rice’s word in a policy briefing the next day — to galvanize the American public into quickly accepting belligerent policies as necessary for America’s defense. Bush has fought his wars against Afghanistan and Iraq and has undermined Constitutional rights all in the name of the “war on terror.”

But before Sept. 11 and before the war on terror, the PNAC was already advocating just the policies that Bush is pursuing today. PNAC prescribes violence because it has no alternative. The Bush Administration will lose the upcoming election if domestic concerns are not deflected by military exploits abroad. A widening recession, rising unemployment, record level budget cuts, massive transfers of wealth to the wealthy and corporate scandals all require that Americans must turn their attention elsewhere. Consequently, neo-conservatives must rely on strong shows of force to retain their power.

Yet, relying on force alone is inherently weak. As James Baldwin, writing 30 years ago, eloquently put it, “When power translates itself into tyranny, it means that the principles on which that power depended, and which were its justification, are bankrupt. When this happens, and it is happening now, power can only be defended by thugs and mediocrities — and seas of blood.”

It is up to all of us to resist this specter of tyranny and its concomitant bloodshed as our only hope for a better and more peaceful planet.

A SECRET blueprint for US global domination reveals that President Bush and his cabinet were planning a premeditated attack on Iraq to secure 'regime change' even before he took power in January 2001.
The blueprint, uncovered by the Sunday Herald, for the creation of a 'global Pax Americana' was drawn up for Dick Cheney (now vice- president), Donald Rumsfeld (defence secretary), Paul Wolfowitz (Rumsfeld's deputy), George W Bush's younger brother Jeb and Lewis Libby (Cheney's chief of staff). The document, entitled Rebuilding America's Defences: Strategies, Forces And Resources For A New Century, was written in September 2000 by the neo-conservative think-tank Project for the New American Century (PNAC).

The plan shows Bush's cabinet intended to take military control of the Gulf region whether or not Saddam Hussein was in power. It says: 'The United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein.'

The PNAC document supports a 'blueprint for maintaining global US pre-eminence, precluding the rise of a great power rival, and shaping the international security order in line with American principles and interests'.

This 'American grand strategy' must be advanced for 'as far into the future as possible', the report says. It also calls for the US to 'fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theatre wars' as a 'core mission'.

The report describes American armed forces abroad as 'the cavalry on the new American frontier'. The PNAC blueprint supports an earlier document written by Wolfowitz and Libby that said the US must 'discourage advanced industrial nations from challenging our leadership or even aspiring to a larger regional or global role'.

The PNAC report also:

l refers to key allies such as the UK as 'the most effective and efficient means of exercising American global leadership';

l describes peace-keeping missions as 'demanding American political leadership rather than that of the United Nations';

l reveals worries in the administration that Europe could rival the USA;

l says 'even should Saddam pass from the scene' bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will remain permanently -- despite domestic opposition in the Gulf regimes to the stationing of US troops -- as 'Iran may well prove as large a threat to US interests as Iraq has';

l spotlights China for 'regime change' saying 'it is time to increase the presence of American forces in southeast Asia'. This, it says, may lead to 'American and allied power providing the spur to the process of democratisation in China';

l calls for the creation of 'US Space Forces', to dominate space, and the total control of cyberspace to prevent 'enemies' using the internet against the US;

l hints that, despite threatening war against Iraq for developing weapons of mass destruction, the US may consider developing biological weapons -- which the nation has banned -- in decades to come. It says: 'New methods of attack -- electronic, 'non-lethal', biological -- will be more widely available ... combat likely will take place in new dimensions, in space, cyberspace, and perhaps the world of microbes ... advanced forms of biological warfare that can 'target' specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool';

l and pinpoints North Korea, Libya, Syria and Iran as dangerous regimes and says their existence justifies the creation of a 'world-wide command-and-control system'.

Tam Dalyell, the Labour MP, father of the House of Commons and one of the leading rebel voices against war with Iraq, said: 'This is garbage from right-wing think-tanks stuffed with chicken-hawks -- men who have never seen the horror of war but are in love with the idea of war. Men like Cheney, who were draft-dodgers in the Vietnam war.

'This is a blueprint for US world domination -- a new world order of their making. These are the thought processes of fantasist Americans who want to control the world. I am appalled that a British Labour Prime Minister should have got into bed with a crew which has this moral standing.'

Hey here is one from austy's homeland:

PERTH, Australia (Wireless Flash) -- It sounds asinine but alien anal probes may be getting a bum rap.
Australian UFO researcher Mary Rodwell admits anal probes and other E.T. experiments sound invasive, but the evidence suggests they may have health benefits.

She says there are hundreds of abductees who suffered chronic ailments before the alien invasion there were completely cured by the probes.

Rodwell has probed the research and believes that the fear factor associated with abductions has little to do with reality.

She says the problem is that too many Earthbound humans "still relate to the world as three-dimensional without realizing there are actually four dimensions."

Abductions may sound alienating to you but Rodwell says many children actually look forward to them and tell their parents they learn more on UFOs than in school.

and a little more on the job market:

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (Wireless Flash) -- The unemployment rate may be going up, but the reason may not be a lack of jobs but a surplus of stupid applicants.
At least that seems to be the experience of the Express Personnel temp service, which recently polled employees on their most bizarre job applicant stories.

The weirdest one was the guy in Springfield, Illinois, who said he wanted a job but didn't have time to fill out an application because he was busy taking his pregnant wife to the hospital.

Another man in Woodland, California, ruined his chances for a welding job by bragging he could even weld wood.

Despite a company's best efforts, some stupid job applicants manage to get hired, such as the guy who said he couldn't get to the office and wanted his paycheck faxed to his home.

MELBOURNE, Australia (Wireless Flash) -- A team of British Bigfoot hunters say they're on the verge of finding out the truth about the legendary man-apes. According to the BBC, the Sasquatch scientist claim they've found hair samples in Sumatra that, so far, can not be matched up to any known type of ape.

I have to say this. Most of the people who are upset with President Bush and his administration are acting on actual, verified, observable daily events as they unfold around them.

I don't care what club the President belonged to in college. I care that he's handing out fat contracts to his buddies right now. This is being discussed in the "mainstream media." And people are paying attention.

It doesn't bother me when coincidential similarities are established between current and past administrations. ("Caligula, who raped and murdered thousands, had two eyes - both on the front of his head. So does George Bush. You decide." ) It does bother me when the president puts thousands of American troops at risk and feeds the American public deceptive information as a justification.

I don't need to speculate about the existence of "secret blueprints." The fact is that the president's actions are wrecking the economy, putting Americans at risk of losing their jobs, liberty, homes and lives. It's not secret. You can see it every day in the unemployment numbers, the text of the bills being debated (or not) in Congress, the video of soldiers being brought home in body bags.

But if you want a plot, here's one: Talking about all these secret plans and tri-lateral whosits only serves to solidify the creeping sense of desperate helplessness that many Americans feel and magnify the apathy that is crushing voter turnout. Does the Skull and Bones Society want to ruin America? Maybe they do. But if enough Americans turn out and vote, guess what? They're SOL. They'll just have to go conspire somewhere else.

We are NOT helpless, dammit. The American people have control of their government but only if they choose to assert it. I have been very depressed about the way money has come to dominate campaigns (a sure sign that voters are getting lazy) but there are things going on in this campaign that have me hopeful that Americans are about to shake off their stupor and start thinking for themselves again.
