Helen spelled a word differently than you do and you think she's British because of it??? Yeah, I guess that makes sense....

A simple test helen. If you are in England, it would be nearly impossible to describe a network tv program. I'm convinced that you are a Brit, but if you can prove me wrong I will apologize!

Come on auctionguy you lost your battle with me, now you've got to pick on poor little Helen?
Can't you find anyone to play in the sand-box with you?

You've gotta come up with a better test.

There was a flaw in my test. It would just take a phone call to a friend or relative in the states to get the info. I'm afraid that it will be impossible to confirm whether helen is a Brit or not.

Now that I think about it, Canadians often use the British spellings for words like 'humour' and it's quite possible helen could be a Canadian!

I will say this though, helen is one of the most polite posters on this board and that is one of the main reasons I suspect helen of being an imposter. Add British spellings of words, left-leaning politics, European news sources and I had good reason to suspect that she was a Brit!

Helen - that was Law and Order - Crime and Punishment - one of my favs. Defendent was a nut case trying to claim he was a bigger nutcase.

The thing I like about Crime and Punishment is that you see the prosecutors outside the courtroom talking about how things are going, frustrations, plan of attack, etc. I like seeing the realistic background stuff, especially after Dionofrio playing modern day Sherlock Holmes with WAY to much trivial case solving knowledge on Criminal Intent.
