ANOTHER PLANNED terrorist attack so that Bush can give a patriotic speech and his popularity will go up.
If this actually does happen - another planned terrorist attack- I think Bush's popularity will plummet fast than a falling comet. Bush can't blame Clinton this time. He has even said Americans are safer today than they were three years ago. Americans would not be able to trust anything that comes out of his mouth.
Let's have a BBQ, Texas style, ROAST BUSH

The suprise will be that George W. Bush will take Hussein's gun and use it to execute Saddam and those who are up for execution on death row in Texas. He'll use a silver bullet to kill Hussein, and then realize that America is out of ammunition because we used our entire stockpile to kill innocent Iraqi's. Instead, George will send over those Texas Death Row inmates to Iraq and have them beheaded by the extremists there. Of course, this will all be on Pay Per View and will be coined, as the "Real Survivor" where one lucky inmate will have his chance for Redemption if he can escape.

Knowing Bush as we do, I wouldn't be surprised if the 'surprise' is the cancellation of the election as "too dangerous" in wartime...

An invasion of Iraq or any of the "Axis of Evil" or "Beyond Axis of Evil" nations is likely to result in a response that means American citizens will die here in the U.S. One incident, one aircraft hijacked, a "dirty nuke" set off in a small town, may well prompt the Bush regime, let's say during the election campaign of 2003-2004, to suspend national elections for a year while his government ensures stability. The precedent for such thinking is now enshrined in GOP politics. Another egotistical politician, Rudolph Giuliani, suggested that he should stay on as Mayor of New York a while longer past his term to make sure "New Yorkers would get through this thing". Would it be any surprise to hear Bush II say the same thing late in 2003 after insurgents would have destroyed part of a city or a chemical weapons cloud spreads over half of a small state?

Logansdad, I didn't say WHO will plan the attack....I think there will be one and the Republicans will stop at nothing to get bush elected. Let's not be naive about how far they will go.
