"kraft, don't you think "henpecked" is more than a little sexist?"

So?

I've also heard them called clamdiggers Helen, but that was probably before your time!

Helen,"In the common hillbilly vernacular they are refered to as "high waters" or "crick crossers"

Leave it to a hillbilly to find a good function for a bad design...Wear capri's if you want to cross the creek without rolling up your pants!

I made a personal statement also so what is the difference between mine and hers. Then you come in and attack me. Explain the difference between my posts and others in here. I honestly don't care what people think about me and what I wear. So it is wrong to state my opinion. Go figure. Oh well it is a beautiful day in Wisconsin time to leave this basement (RT) and go into the sun.

Are you speaking to me, Libra?

I didn't even know that you were an available target.

Libra, Stopwhining started a fun thread and you say, in reply... "Next will you pick on hair styles? What about coulotts. Are they taboo also?" Then you state you're leaving this basement (the RT). Try looking for the fun or humour in posts instead of reading between the lines looking for things that aren't there - that's what I meant.

I believe that this thread was started as a "fun" thread. Yet I can also see Libra's viewpoint, when I re-read the OP.

I can, too. Now all you capri hating, belly showing, thick ankle haters out there - I love my capri pants and I will wear my capri pants. And if you don't like my capri pants, well, you don't have to look at my capri pants. And that goes for my belly and my ankles. So there. LOL!!!

Libra

We're just having some fun with 'ya that's all. Now, go enjoy the sunshine. If it's anything like around here lately, it's a rare sight!

For the most part, I can't stand them either, though they are much much better than Coullot's (or however you spell them).

I have tons of young women frequent our shop, and many wear Capri's. I would say that only 20% pull it off, where the remaining 80% look tacky.

i dont recall any fashion since 1980s??1990s?? which complement the woman's body??
models and supermodels always look good, thats why they are being paid 500 dollars an hour/
These days, the ones who really look good in their clothes are the young girls from 10-15 before they ruin their complexion with too much makeup and too much sun and too many slices of pizza and soft drinks
.
and too many birth control pills.
