It was a deliberate attempt to spoil the vote for Gore. As you probably know, the blacks in Florida supported Gore.

This madman....he reminds me of the old 'fire and brimstone' preachers....screaming at the top of his lungs.  Keith Appell says gore reminds him of "some kind of cheerleader on acid". Which I could agree with. The man only makes a total fool of himself when he speaks like that.
