If Isreal really wanted peace - they would go ahead and allow him to be buried in Jeruselum. You have to figure this would be seen as a olive branch to the Palestinians.

fenix, how I "admire" your ability to completely overlook an incredibly racist remark....if he'd have called YOU a towel head only THEN would he have been hate-filled and nasty???
We will never see eye to eye fenix since I believe racism is much worse than name-calling...your values are screwed.

Crow - it's unfortunate that you have not taken the time to get to know the posters that have inspired your comments to me tonight
You see, if you anything about some of these people you would know that Classic here has never made a serious statement in his Vendio lifetime. He is a sarcastic little cuss that loves to bait people.
On the otherhand, EAG from the other thread is racist jerk that despises everything arab. It does no good to call him names. Instead, when he tries to insert his view of how things should work I enjoy quickly pointing out that fatal basic flaws which usually relate to his inability to see any person outside of our borders, and most specifically within the borders of an Islamic nation, as a real living breathing person with the same range of emotions and right to exist as himself.
Have a nice evening - I'm done with you for awhile.

Geez, KD - first his top lieutenants, now you...
From Fox....
CLAMART, France — Yasser Arafat's wife lashed out at his top lieutenants Monday, accusing them of traveling to Paris with plans to "bury" her husband "alive."
In a screaming telephone call from Arafat's hospital bedside, Suha Arafat (search) told pan-Arab Al-Jazeera television that she was issuing "an appeal to the Palestinian people." She accused his top aides, who are traveling to Paris later Monday, of conspiring to usurp her husband's four-decade long role as Palestinian leader.
"Let it be known to the honest Palestinian people that a bunch of those who want to take over are coming to Paris tomorrow," she screamed in Arabic over the telephone.
"You have to realize the size of the conspiracy. I tell you they are trying to bury Abu Ammar alive," she said, using his nom de guerre. He is all right and he is going home. God is great."

Why I just don't know WHERE I got the idea that calling someone a towelhead was racist, it's just sarcastic....OH, I'm so glad YOU corrected me...I'm SO happy to know YOUR guidelines! Where would I be without YOUR help in defining racism......my goodness, you're so MUCH smarter than all the rest of us it's just such a wonder
you're here at all. I would think someone as smart as YOU would have better things to do like winning Nobel Prizes and running the world.
To be sure , before I post again I'll send it to you for your approval.

I think Arafat is brain dead and they have him on a life support system until things get straightened out for the Palastinian take over. Nothing seems to have been planned in the event of his death. I didn't realize he was/is that much of a totaltarian.
Anybody know if he has any children and how long this wife has been living in Paris?

calamity - I believe they have a daughter. As far as his wife living in Paris, I didn't realize she did. I was under the impression when he was moved to Paris for medical care, she went with him. I could be wrong; and am sure someone will set me straight if I am...

wgm,
All I know is that they reported on the news that they had called her from Paris to come to his compound because they thought he was dying and right after that Israel announced that he could return if he went for tests at a hospital in Paris.
Beats me!!! I just wonder why the daughter is so silent?

You are right - she has been living in Paris. It's late for me
The daughter is young - she's under 10, if I recall correctly. I saw pictures of her when she was a toddler, and she was beautiful.

Kraft you say,"Your first mistake was thinking I was smart in the first place, Crow. But back to needing to get laid... you make it sound like it's a bad thing. Do you hate men or something? I kinda do once in awhile, so I can relate. "
Now go back and show me WHERE I said getting laid was a bad thing and then we can discuss reading comprehension.
Just to set you straight beforehand , I did NOT say getting laid was a bad thing, you made that up.
