Your in apple country? I thought only the PNW was apple country, or am I wrong?

Pareau,
I'm not familiar with Calvados. I do drink apple cider, even spiked apple cider. We even get real maple syrup. Life is good upstate.

ShellyHerr,
I'm in upstate New York. Between New York City and Albany. NYC is close so we can do the Broadway Show and shopping routine and still live in a rural area. Apple orchards, farm stands, corn fields and fresh tomatoes everywhere, but no Taco Bell...

Applejack (Calvados) is refined hard cider. Very nice. If you're talking about cider and syrup, you probably already know about cider syrup--cider boiled down til it pours like molasses. Very rich on its own, but perfect when cut 50/50 with good VT maple syrup.
YAY YAY YAY! I got rawbunzel mail! We are in sync electronically and theoretically! Thanks you a million, rawbunzel!

Ah....thanks Barry! I feel relaxed already!
KRS, If it isn't a toll bridge does it at least have a troll? A bridge isn't a bridge without a troll.
I was hoping you were going to buy the house so we could find out all about the landing pad on the roof and see what showed up there!
Maybe solve the mystery of the missing man.

You haven't thought that through, Raw Bunns. Had I bought the house, and if some thing or someone had showed up on it, I'd be unlikely to be able to tell you about it for quite some time.

Oh heck, I'm still lost...but then I usually am. (Try to stay outta that political, insider stuff and all.) So Barry, if ya don't mind, I'll have another. But can I have Kahlua this time?
Mouse (I like being in the dark, even if my curiosity doesn't) Slayer
p.s. krs, hey that bridge is right next door! Can I be the troll if it don't already have one??

KRS, Perhaps I did think it through! I was willing to wait until your return for a report! However long it may take.
Mouseslayer..shame on you mixing drinks like that! You are going to have quite the headache come morning!
Barry, Pour me another, then I am off to bed.

Ok, I must share my secret recipe since I got yelled at for mixing already
Mouse Milk:
1 shot Kahlua
1/2 shot Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
milk to fill glass
Tastes like a Kahlua and cream, but has an extra kick. Adjust to suit your taste and enjoy! (I'm infamous around here for that concoction.)
Mouse (I think I'll have another since I don't seem to be working anyway) Slayer
p.s. Isn't there a drink with Kahlua, Bailey's and ?
Mouse (mixing is fun) Slayer

Pareau you said: "but what the hay, my sapphire self is feeling helpy tonight."
Well, Dear Sapphire - (You gem you) You always share a lot of information with us....a lot of which goes over my head...but that's not your fault. And that's how I'll eventually learn.
I usually use my webtv to read and post but always forward the computer information you share to my husband, so we can become more knowledgeable about our computer. I, for one, want to sincerely thank you.
MANY THANKS!!
