Yes, I do have the answer. Only authorized PayPal employees are allowed to post on the boards. Roofguy, to the best of my knowledge, is not a PayPal employee. If they were an employee, and posting without the consent of communications department, they would suffer possible disciplinary action.
You will see me, and rarely Joann, posting in these forums because we are authorized to so. PayPal employees that post in forums have to identify themselves as employees of the company.

I PAID FOR AN AUCTION THROUGH PAYPAL. WHEN I RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE IT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBE. IT WAS DAMAGED. I CONTACTED PAYPAL AND AFTER 30 DAYS THEY DID NOTHING EVEN WHEN I POINTED OUT THE THE MONEY WENT A DIFFERENT DIRECTION AND NOT TO THE PERSON WHO AUCTION IT WAS. THEY DID NOT CARE. THERE ATTITUDE IS THE ARE NOT A CREDIT CARD COMPANY. SO WHAT I DID WAS TELL ME CREDIT CARD I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT. THAT PERSON PAYPAL ACCOUNTS YES I SAID ACCOUNTS, SOME OF THESE PEOPLE HAVE 5-6 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS IS STILL LOCKED UP.'SO DON'T THINK BECAUSE MONEY WENT SOME WHERE ELSE IT IS NOT THE SAME PERSON.

Hi dopeyding,
The Buyer Complaint Process does not cover merchandise quality. We also can't be responsible for a party sending a payment to the incorrect email address, as this is defined by the user.
