Go Mariners - I would love it if they win today - just to show the announcers how wrong they were. I could not believe in the last game - 9th inning they said well I guess we go back to NY and the other guy said don't count NY out of this game yet!! HELLO - last 2 outs - down 6 runs - give our Mariners some credit We always leave the TV on silently and let the radio announcers do the games.
Seattle is amazing now compared to when I grew up. We are getting out next summer and going East to a smaller town. Although I have looked at property in Enumclaw and it is still pretty nice there.
We are in the north end and I hate going downtown now. Try to avoid it at all costs.
GO MARINERS!!

I'm really close to the Puerto Vallarta restaurant because I live in Twin Lakes. (I didn't know they had Karoake, hee hee! ) I ate there once but I like the Magic Wok next to it better.
boysmommy3, I remember you mentioning Enumclaw. Maybe that's why I think of it when considering moving away from the city! It sounds like you're really heading out East, though. I think I'd miss the water if I went too far East, though the lack of traffic would be a good tradeoff. I'd love to live on the beach somewhere in Oregon.

LOL about the Karoake! Yeah they did have it, probably not anymore. and yeah I got up and did it too, only when my friend grabbed me by the arm and dragged me up there! ...accccck LOL
I never ate at the Magic Wok. I believe I remember it though!
Isn't Enumclaw getting pricey too? Or am I thinking of North Bend?
There are some places in Eastern WA that I like. Dang I can't remember the names! The one town that is at the end of North Cascades Hwy is really cool, what is the name of that town, and I was there last summer!
I like being near water too. We look still at places in WA, like the towns near Ocean Shores, or the ones further north?

They were pulled. I mean ... come on!!!! its not over yet! and I don't believe they are selling Series tickets YET!

My husband said yesterday that someplace called Ticketron in New York is selling tickets already for the "subway series," Yankees vs. Mets. Can you believe it?! I hope they go down in flames!!
