twinsoft,
You are missing the big picture. Philips has no right for cancelling auctions on ebay.
How would you like it if you had purchased about $6,000 worth of merchandise from Sam's Wholesale on a credit card to sell on ebay by Christmas and in the middle of November your auctions start getting cancelled by someone claiming it infringes on their rights. You are doing nothing illegal, but you can not sell your product on ebay. You ask ebay to take a look at your situation and they say that they can not get involved.

can you return them to sam club??
most retailers are singing return blues these days,if they let you return them, then at least you will just lose the listing fees, but then you are permanently suspended from ebay.
there is life on amzn and yahoo sites for electronic goods, have you tried them

Hey- customdesigns12, if you're selling the Apex DVD player with the magic menu, how much do you want for one ?

Why dont you just post your DVD players in your Auctionwatch storefront and sell recording media or a related product on ebay - Your storefront will pull hits from the ebay traffic and you can drop a note to everyone who buys media that the recorders are available .

I just bought an Apex 3 Disk Digital Video Player at Sams Club for $129 last week before I saw this thread. Model AD5131. Plays DVD, VCD, mp3 files, cds, and can show digital pictures taken with your digial camera. Works great! I was real surprised at how cheap it was. The clicker has so many buttons on it, you would think it is used to fly a 747! What a shame to be suspended for selling Apex on eBay!!It is just not right. Maybe you can find another venue to sell your stock. If you use your father to sell on ebay, you might be opening up yourself to real major family problems.
