I have a question
If a certain web site wanted to sue a individual
for slander, and that individual was slandering the suing company
on another web site message board
Could the company subpoena the records from the other site for the soul
purpose of obtaining the true identify of the slander.
So they may proceed in legal action.

I know if you were making allegations against my corporation
auction watch would be subpoena for your information.
And just incase you have any questions about if i work
for lowestbids my information is below.

It is good to see passionate argument from both sides on the validity of something such as a new site, or anything else, for that matter. Pocono has his reasons, which he has stated...but Nanabees has also proven her point beyond a shadow that she is nothing more than a user of the lowestbids site....I think you owe Nanabees an apology, Pocono...and if you dont, I would consider your credibility just as suspect as the person you are trying to discredit...and a retraction by AW is pretty evident no matter how much or how little explanation is included.....

I'm completely off topic here, please forgive.

Terrible crash on last lap of Daytona 500, Dale Earnhardt Sr is still listed in critical condition. His son was able to go to hospital with him.

Sorry......just thought I'd mention this. As I was reading the posts, I saw "Ihatenascar's" name and thought I'd post. No dis-respect intended "ihatenascar".

I don't think of it as much of a sport, nanabees. But I don't like to see people get hurt, either.

*now wondering how Pocono knew Wooster91's info so quick......*

Pocono,

I do not see a user by the name of "woos"... Please edit.

Also, don't even try to speak for anyone at AuctionWatch.com including Mark.

Joice:

I edited "woos" to wooster91 as you directed!

forgive me for abbreviating, and please make it a point to anyone that from this point out calls me "poc" or "pokie' or any other damn incarnation of my name, that YOU view it as a violation.

ALSO, you said to me:

Also, don't even try to speak for anyone at AuctionWatch.com including Mark.

I find this a SEVERE allegation by an AW staff member, and I would like you to number ONE, point out ANY incident of me saying I speak for Mark or AW when I say"...

and TWO, please explain to me what violation of the CGs this false allegation is a violation of?

This is a very serious allegation Joice!,
and I rewquest that you rethink it and edit!

I will be firing off emails shortly!

In Pocono's defense, I didn't imply that his use of another user's name abbreviated was wrong. I was suspicious of him saying that he knew of Wooster91's info seconds after he posted.

I'm signing off folks, my heart is too sad.

Ihatenascar: I hope ya know, your name just reminded me to mention the crash, so sorry if it appeared any other way....lots of folks don't care for racing or keep up with it. Take care.

Will talk to y'all tomorrow.

Well in the moderators defense you know me have to take other sides thats the only way to have a debate

Pocono:
you did say and i quote
"yes, Mark did inform me that their way overdue bill was "FINALLY" paid."
"Mark verified a day ago that the deadbeat company "finally" paid their severly overdue advertising bill. FINALLY! "

those were cut and pastes from the thread.
and ihatenascar pocono did a who is on wooster91.com at internic or some other place to find out that the website was owned by myprodigies.com

Okay. Just seems weird that he would go to great lengths to figure out who people are.

nanabees, I took no offense to you posting. Earnhardt's tragedy is just that.

You are right wooster91, and I was not speaking FOR Mark, simply relaying what HE HIMSELF stated! RIGHT HERE! IN THIS FORUM!

Too bad that thread "vanished", and now I can't defend myself, huh?

Seems like the moderator is "mis-informed", and owes me a SERIOUS apology for the major flubb on their part!

Just because someone is new to posting (or to AW) doesn't mean that they didn't lurk before signing up.
