I would love to add my week of idiots to this thread if you don't mind the vent.
#1. Person buys a cell phone and picks it up at my house. Very nice lady (pays with billpoint and has 4 feedbacks). I asked if everything is ok - she says yes, but it's for my husband. I say if he has any questions or problems he can call me. 3 days later she emails saying "your ad says satisfaction guarenteed and we want to return it. I thought it was red because the phone on the box was red." I say ok, fine, you can return it (the picture of the phone itself was black, though). I refund her money and she leaves me a neutral because "phone not as described". I didn't state any color in the auction - thought people could see it in the picture.
#2 A woman who bought a back messager 3 months ago. I sold it as new, but not in the box. She received it and said "I thought it was in a box - it was going to be a gift". She returned it to me and I even refund her shipping back to me. She leaves me a neutral today (probably under the wire on the 90 days thing) stating "not new as stated in auction"
#3 Man emails me 3 days ago asking for payment information on his "video". I email him back saying his email doesn't match any of the ones I have on file...please email me back and let me know which video you won or your ebay email address. Wednesday night at 6:00 he emails me back with the name of the video and I was out Wednesday night. At 8:00 he gave me a negative for not following through with the auction. (he later apologized and realized his mistake and wants to know why he can't take the negative back)
#4. Get a notice from billpoint about a chargeback on an auction from June. Can't find the post office receipt anywhere - have every day except that one in my file, and I know I didn't put delivery confirmation on it anyway since I rarely do. The guy is NARU'd, but billpoint is going to give him the $28.00 back and charge me $10.00 for their trouble. I emailed the man who's doing the chargeback to ask why - did you not receive it, did you not like it - no response (big surprise)
#5. Had someone send back a Sprint Startak phone because it won't work with Verizon (duh, really?). I refunded her money, but I can just smell that neutral/negative coming any day now.... I'm definately changing my feedback policy (yes, I was one that believed once I received money I was good to leave feedback - I am now a convert). I'm tempted to change my satisfaction guarenteed policy too.
