okay,then make a note effective nov 6,2001,which is already past,transaction of 500 dollars or more,you need signature receipt(,not delivery confirmation) AND shipping to verified address to qualify for seller protection.
but many items are sold at under 500,i can buy a camera for under 500 and then said i did not get it,i do chargeback,seller proved he shipped with delivery confirmation,to verified addr and paypal loses??
