Okay, this is baffling...
I entered a new listing manually on a low-value item so that I could get a feel for this new Checkout thing.
When I finished entering the item, it appeared with an eBay Payments logo.
Now here's the trick... I don't accept eBay Payments. I've never signed up for Billpoint as a seller, though I have paid through Billpoint a few times.
I double-checked. I did not mark that I accept eBay Payments. But there it is.
I'm a PayPal Preferred customer. I do not want to lose that bonus because of a glitch.

Hi all,
Some users had questioned the compliance issue with PayPal Preferred and eBay's Checkout/Billpoint.
Any PayPal Preferred user who has Billpoint in eBay's new Checkout will be considered non-compliant. This would disqualify users from the PayPal Preferred Program.

eBay has acknowledge a 'glitch' on the eBay message boards, but not the announcment section. Sellers that don't even have BillPoint accounts nor have selected the option are having the eBay Payments logo show up on their listings.
