How about an action shot:

Trying to pick up 2 toys at once:

I love this shot, happy dog!

<walking off muttering to myself> I know those baby pictures are around here somewhere...

Mouseslayer: I just love your pics of Gunther! What a beautiful dog!

Barry: Looks like you found the only kind of dogs I don't like! (Hot dogs!) But - I like your taste in Corelle! My entire kitchen is Crazy Daisy!

Here is a pic of Jasper & Alexis on the couch on their favorite velour blanket! Jasper just had a bath!

Saljo: Those dogs are just TOO much. Such adorable faces. I used to have a big dog named Cliffie. I adored that dog - he had a great big cute face, too. My daughter would take his face in both of her hands and mush his face up and call him "bear face". Cracked us up. You have to have the right kind of dog to do "bear face".

Mouseslayer and EG: Your dogs can come to live with me any day! In fact, everyone can bring their babies over to my house! Come on over, I'll get out the milk bones and toilet water! [ edited by Muriel on Jan 9, 2001 03:03 PM ]

Muriel-Your babies are soooo SWEET! They look like great cuddlers! I miss having a dog that would fit in my lap...I don't have enough lap for my monsters, LOL. But my husband has been known to fall asleep on the floor cuddled up with Reba...think I should be jealous? LOL

Muriel: LOVE that picture of Lauren begging! I would not be able to say "no" either! Alexis gives me the sad little face when she wants something and I always give in. I just can't help it! And Molly is a real cutie too!

Mouseslayer: I just love your pics of Gunther. He is such a beautiful dog. And he looks so happy! I love that "Happy Dog" pic!

Muriel I love those pics! Lauren and Molly are such cuties! I love my bigger dog and will probably get another, but wouldn't mind a smaller one someday. (Maybe after the some of the cats are gone...)

EG: thanks! That's my favorite one too. The tennis ball in his mought exaggerates his grin, too silly He's happy as long as Mommy or Daddy are home and Mommy doesn't stay up all night. He won't go to bed until I do usually and if I pull too many all-nighters he gets positively grumpy!

Still looking for those baby pics, when his toys were bigger than he was...

Fun thread! Here's a pic of my little cutie - Sam. I took this a month ago, he was just about two months old. <img src=http://home.att.net/~squirrels.r.us/sam.jpg>

Not sure why this isn't working - what am I doing wrong?

Tootsie is little Sam growing into
those paws???? How big is he expected to
grow?

Zilvy - When we first got him at six weeks he was only 6 lbs, now he weighs in at 22 lbs and the vet said he will probably top 60 lbs! So much for choosing the runt of the litter LOL!
His paws are still much too big for his body, and he trips over himself all the time poor guy.

Tootsiepop: YOU HAVE MY CLIFFIE!! I had a dog named Cliffie who looked JUST LIKE THAT! He was an Airedale mix, and got really big. He was 12 years old when he died. It was the day after we moved into our new house, and my husband was moving some furniture. He didn't see Cliffie laying on the floor, and he stepped backwards right on his arthritic hip, and broke it. I'll never get over it. He was my baby and I had him from the size that your "Sam" is. If I give you my e-mail address, will you send me periodic pictures? I want to see if he grows up to be another Cliffie. It's [email protected].
Thanks. (Now I'm sad)

P.S. If you want to e-mail me with your address, I can mail you some pictures of what Cliffie looked like as an adult. I don't have a scanner. Also, where did you get Sam? (What part of the country?)

tootsiepop: Sam is adorable!! Love that pic!

Muriel: What kind of camera do you have? I don't have a scanner either, but when I want to "scan" a picture, I just take a closeup picture with my Sony Mavica. Looks just like I scanned it!

Hi Muriel - I'm so sorry to hear about your Cliffie, it's such a heartbreak, I still tear up when I think about my little Maxie who died last year.

Yes, I'd be more than happy to send you pictures of Sam, he's already starting to look more like an airedale since that photo was taken, his beard is starting to grow in. We're going to give him a bath tonight, so I'll take a new pic after he's all clean and handsomey.

We live in Minnesota, and that's where we bought him. I'd love to see photos of your Cliffie, and I'm sure my girls would too, thanks!
