Is there some particular reason you are adverse to picking up the telephone and calling this person? Think about this for a minute. If this guy is legit, you have a chance to score one of the biggest deals you will ever have in your eBay career. 49 sales to one customer!! You said yourself that his feedback is great, and there's nothing to indicate he ever stiffed anyone. Just the opposite, he sticks with certain sellers and sends them a lot of money. Why are you in such a hurry to blow what could be a good deal for you? It sounds to me like you want to insult this guy and possibly invite 49 negative feedbacks. Spring for the lousy 50 cents and call him and conclude this total transaction on the phone directly with him like most business people do on important transactions. Don't presume the worst until you have a good reason to, which IMHO you only you can only ascertain after a person to person conversation.

Sparkz............you have a good point in what you mention, but......lets say I do call and he's not there, or his machine is on, do you suggest I leave a message on the machine?................and if I do, why would he call me back when its so easy to ans. my emails to him?..........

I have also thought about insulting him like you mentioned, and that is what I am trying not to do, but After waiting since Dec 2nd, and giving him all this time to complete his bidding .....Which his last auction was won on Dec 14th..........havent I been very patient with him?
As you can see from my comments I am fighting a battle with myself as to how to handle this, I want to do this in the best way without causing a problem with him but every way I think of just dosen't seem like the right way.

It has only been 20 days since the first group of auctions have closed, so I do still have time for the NPB filing. I could wait for a while to do that, but I was hoping by doing that it would let him see that he has to contact me.

I am really at a lose as which is the best way to handle this. .........

This is what I would call a major transaction, and worthy of abandoning the keyboard and dealing with him over the phone. I was in business for over 40 years and in the early days there was no email. All transations were handled face to face or over the phone. It's still a great way to do business and the personal touch still has a good many advocates in the business world. Get out from behind the monitor, pick up the phone and call him. This ain't a social call, we're talking about money. You can get more resolved in 5 minutes of direct communications than you can in a hundred emails. Besides, if one of you is on AOL and the other is on Earthlink or some other blacklisted ISP, he's probably only getting 1 out of every 15 of your emails. Is there enough money involved in this deal to warrant an ulcer? I doubt it. Call him first thing in the morning. If an answering machine picks up, leave a clear message that he is to contact you asap. If he doesn't return the call, come back to this thread and we'll see if someone can come up with a plan 2.

Hi
I made that very important phone call, and spoke to my buyer. He has been very busy with his work, but said today he will be answering my emails and sending a check this coming week.
I had explained to him that I was worried that he might not have been receiving my emails so that's why I took the liberty of calling him. He said, he was glad I called.

Between you and Me, I was glad also that I took your advice to call, but at the same time I felt like a "collection Agency" (laughing here now)

Now that I have spoken to him I do feel more relaxed, I am also glad I came to seek out the advice of many helpful people here.

Sparkz...........thanks for making your advice sound like a direct order to me, because I think that's what I needed........Im just to patient and always I worry about offending my buyers.........
Like you mentioned, I have quite a lot at stake here to not take action...........

Happy Holidays!, and Thank You Very Much

PS. I will be back with an update.

Hi Tonimar1..I honestly feel this is the best way to handle it. Put the Rolaids back in the drawer, pour a glass of wine and relax. My feeling is that this will go smooth, you'll be able to dispose of all 49 auctions with only ONE trip to the post office, and in the process, you'll make a ton of money!! Please post back when it's over and let us know how it went. We all have our fingers crossed
