Had an auction end on December 2. Buyer says he's sending a money order. Two weeks later I send him a reminder-haven't received payment yet. He replies with this...
"I will be sending payment as soon as I receive my other ebay items I have
ordered through another seller. I am a little hesitant as I have been ripped
off in the past."
Okay- it's only a $7.00 item. I also have no intent on ripping him or anybody else off and I am not this other seller. As of now I have over 200 positive feedbacks and no negatives.
He has 1 positive feedback and that's it. But does this mean if he doesn't receive the other items, he won't be paying me.

go ahead and file the NPB, maybe ebay can wake him up. IMHO, it is not our job to educate these idiots, payment was due at least a week ago.
