He claims he is "sorry" for what he did. Is he sorry enough to front the Squaretrade fees for both of you to have the negs removed?
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Whoever initiates the Square Trade case pays the $20. If both agree to remove, the jerk's Neg is automatically removed along with yours. If they refuse to agree, even if they are lying, it remains.

I don't think he would be interested in having his neg removed or mine, but I do think with the feedback he has now, his ebay buying days are over under this name.
So, watch out because if he wants to buy on Ebay, as he mentioned to me, then He will find a way to register a different name, which we all know is not hard to do.........as I have 3 registered accounts with Ebay, and they are all under the same credit card and home phone and address and the same email address.
But what I would suggest if your selling Stockings.............check on the feedback of the bidders, because so far this is what I see he buys. lol
