Are you going to Santa Margarita tomorrow (6/8)?? If so, I will be there. I usually sit in front row on the right side of the center aisle. Would like to meet you in the flesh. lol

Hi Sanmar,
Yeah, I 'spose... Been thinking about it.
Some beautiful glass this time.
Will try to keep my hand down, though. My son and I got carried away buying furniture and the house is getting VERY full!

The answer, twelve & kiara is NO. We are sort of neighbors, only 30 miles apart. We have never met & this is the only tyhing we have in common. The auction at Santa Maragrita is one of the premier antique auctions in CA. Santa Margarita is just a widee spot on the road, but buyers come from as far as 250 miles away.

lol, as you can see I didn't share much of a thought...... only 3 words.
I read it, "Hmmmm could there be?.... Good stuff at that sale..........
So I said, "Hmmmm....... could be."
But others read it different?
Hmmmm............

Gee, Kiara, I thought you were responding to what Twelvepole posted originally. Guess I was wrong... You must have been reading the edited version.
Oh silly me...

No, I didn't see the unedited comment. Hope it wasn't a bad one!
Have fun at the sale tomorrow, both of you. And I hope you get some good things. Post back and let us know.
But..... on the other hand, I wouldn't mind seeing a Vendio romance. LOL, just kidding.

It's fun! Amazing things there...

Okay now sanmar did you meet ohmslucy? That is what everyone here is waiting to hear.
That dental cabinet was beautiful in the picture, was it as beautiful in person? Did it have all the white glass trays in it? Wouldn't that make a really nice jewelry box...

Yes, we met just before the auction & then during the auction we both took a break & went out side for a smoke. Had a nice conversation.

Thanks for the update, sanmar. I'll go back and check the site again when they update it with the prices. They do offer some great items there and it's always fun looking.
