Liars LOVE to use the "lost mail" excuse to abuse the paypal buyer protection.
But the USPS DOES NOT LOSE THAT MUCH MAIL!!!
You can smell a scammer through your monitor....
So when someone waits until day 29 and 11 hours and ALL OF A SUDDEN initiates the paypal charge back process....while having had roughly 25 days or so to speak up if their package really didn't arrive
or to even inquire about it......give me a break!!
A seller can initiate the non paying bidder proces up to 45 days after the ending time (time including the hour of the day)
But the very hour I see the "Claim" I immediately start the NPB process...which is my right to do so. Idiots and liars think they can sneak it in.... not sure why they think they can get away with it. So when they see the non paying bidder warning from Ebay with the risk of being suspended they realize I'm NOT gonna buy into their scam and that I am not totally defensless.
Something for all of you to remember if someone tries to pull a fast one on you.
dadofstickboy I'm sorry it may be too late for you to use this method.....but if it ever comes up again you know a new quick response....

paypal will only do a chargeback if you cannot prove that the item was delivered. if you have tracking or delivery confirmation, you should be just fine.
i had this problem with a seller who was supposed to send me 2 boxes of labels. he only sent one, but when I tried a chargeback, he gave PP the tracking number for the one package. PP told me they didn't care who is right or wrong, if the item was damaged, etc. They only care about whether it was delivered. Anything else is between the buyer and seller. I guess, they figure they don't pay out if the item was sent.

Well it's over they gave him back money for 1 item.
This is part of the explanation included:
The transaction was reversed because our Seller Protection
Policy does not cover sellers from chargebacks filed for
anything other than fraudulent funds or false claims of
non-receipt of merchandise.
