Obviously, the point is that Fluffy is full of it. You claimed that the rep from Ebay lied, yet your only support is that you don't put any stock into feedback.

Fluffy, if you feel compelled to give your two cents worth, at least spare us the angst that you feel towards everything in the universe. Perhaps you would feel more comfortable joining a MENSA forum. At least there you won't feel so out of place among "higher intellectuals". lol.

lol. that is funny fluffy. you got a neg for your attitude. hmmm. i guess you are like this with everyone. they have professionals who can help treat your inflictions.

by the way, i found this in the ebay rules for suspension, which I believe is what you managed to refer to after I uncovered it under all of your snide remarks.

"eBay may give special consideration to remove feedback upon request from members if the listing ended before the member was suspended, but the feedback was left after we reinstated the member."

The phrase, "eBay may give" is obviously ambiguous, and must be done on an individual basis.

yes, feedback can be removed as originally stated ~ just did it again last week ~ copy of the info below, sent through 'regular' channels (NOT to PowerSellers, NOT bothering anyone on the phone). This specific removal was for a neutral, but I have had negs removed before as well.

rusty:
you state that the bidder became NARU for non-payment
~ how do you know the reason for a suspension?
Perhaps they were a shill, had bad contact info, an overdue acct, etc.

My post above was for you as well as fluffy ~ re-reading this thread, she asked for proof regarding feedback removal.
I'm not sure how to 'prove' the removal of FB ~ once the comment is gone, there is no longer a record of it. It is as though it was never posted & does not appear from the bidders profile as 'FB left for other users'.
I have had FB removed for bad contact info as well as for the reason in my above post (NARU bidder gets reinstated & leaves
FB upon return).
This was actually the first 'neutral' that I have had removed, the others were negs. In four years of selling, I've had three or maybe four negs removed, from two of my three selling id's.
