It seems to me that this thread is exposing the actual effect. Us sellers look at it as how many actually bid when we should be looking at it as, how many did not bid on the wrong item. If answering a question prevents someone from bidding on a wrong item, isn't that just as good as preventing a potential neg? So as a seller, I appreciate this thread by bringing out the importance of answering every question no matter how stupid it may seem.
