I agree to do a mutual agreement NPB. I have done this with some people, with less plausible reasons not to go through with the purchase, and have gotten glowing feedback from them. Then just add the person to your blocked bidder list.

My (now 24) 6 year old daughter once got my credit card out of my purse, and was ordering from Home Shopping Club over the phone. Children are much smarter than we give them credit for. Thank goodness, the HSC order taker thought it sounded like it might be a child, and asked if her mom or dad were there, and could she speak to us. It was a very expensive piece of jewelry, that she thought I might like! At least she was thinking of me. LOL
