The malicous bidder can use work computers, library computers, friends and relative computers, annonymous web services, etc., etc. You'd almost have to totally abandon the user ID and start over but they'd find you too easily. It's like the movie 'Fatal Attraction' or 'Swim Fan'. Can you imagine getting Teddy Kaczynski's mad at you?

Yeah but ACE, do you know how much energy that must draw from you to do all that?
I would think more than likely she is doing it from home esp if she is snipeing. Library's and work; you cant always get on exactly when you want to.

But if they have to go thru all that, they must have no sense of satisfaction in their lives at all!

Fluffy, yeah I guess her IP address would not be static,(if thats the word you're supposed to use.) Good idea about the legal letterhead, that ought to set a fire under her duplicitous a**!!

I'm a seller and I have a question. What does "NARU'd" mean? Thanks. Roz

NARU=Not A Registered User= usually booted off by ebay

It's not much energy to mess with auctions.

The idea is to stop escalating the war or prevent the war in the first place. I've given refunds when most sellers would say go intercourse yourself to the buyer and I wonder how many of these nuts I've avoided doing that. Kids these days grew up with computers and manipulating the systems is second nature to them. It could be a kid playing around and now it's a passion. ( Maybe they'll list it in the 'passion' thread )

Sure enough, eDC does not show a delivery of that item. (Still doesn't...it's been two weeks since shipped.)

I cannot believe that no one has picked up on this yet. The bottom line is the post office does not show this item to be delivered yet. That is the only thing that PayPal is going to look at in this case. This is probably a oversite by the postal carrier to scan the package, but that still doesn't matter. If no scan, it is still considered as not delivered by PayPal. Yes it does suck this bidder is scamming, but in this case, they got away with it.

Ace, when I said energy, I did not mean physical energy. (Gawd! And you live in California!?) :-0
