Buyers who just don't send their address, I like to label envelopes and packages right away to prevent things getting mixed up. Sometimes it's like pulling hens teeth to get an address, you would think you were asking for something very personal!

All of the above AND someone criticizing my spelling when I post in the discussion board.
I am not perfect..

My short TOS:

I never say what I accept because I accept any form of payment except tangible merchandise

How about when a seller has in their title description " Huge Lot of books". Actually once inside their auction you find they are selling a total of 3.

Wow, shorter TOS than mine. Jack with die when he sees that one.

I include which forms of payment in my TOS that I'll accept to save any potential emails the bidders may write asking if I accept this or that even though it's in the PAYMENT section of the auction which almost no one ever reads.

Sellers that don't show a picture of the bottom of the piece of pottery they are trying to sell and then you see the seller crying on the chats boards that ebay is dying because they can't sell anything.

I like the Spammers who call me "friend"!

"Noone" trips me up. I'll spend a minute sometimes trying to figure that one out.

Most any address from AOL. Or Hotmail! My Web Board software came "hard
coded" to reject any posts from any AOL address. I had to change that myself.
Then sometimes I see posts that make me wonder why I didn't leave that alone.

Newbie's who e-mail me at the end of the auction to tell me they won when they
didn't.

Finding a item that you want to bid on then seeing a ridiculous shipping price. A
found a diecast truck the other night where they wanted twice what the truck was
worth just to ship it. And the starting bid was about the top dollar price for the thing.

People who do not bid on my Auctions.

Power sellers who are too busy to respond to questions or reasonable requests, like "please let me know when and how you ship", and who wait WEEKS before posting buyers feedback after buyers have left theirs in a timely fashion. You're busy, so what, so am I. Where's my FB? As a seller, I don't leave FB until I see it from my buyer, and I try to leave it for them as soon as I see theirs. As a buyer, I want my GDFB in as timely a manner as I posted yours, thank you.

What peeves me is........an International Bidder contacting me for cost of shipping to there country, I return the ans. quickly They pay me with Bidpay but they pay the USA Shipping cost, not the cost I tell them.

When I contact them telling them they owe more money for shipping, Well now I dont hear from them, then when they finally wake up they want to know where is there item.

Selling on Ebay has shown me how to accept many things that normally would have bothered me. It has taught me to go with the flow, because swiming up stream is not going to work...........
The only information I put in my Auction to bidders is:
1.Payment is to be received within 10 days of Auction end.
2,Buyer pays all shipping and insurance
Payment type for International Buyers would be with Bidpay or Paying Fast. I Am Not Registered with Paypal.
3.I accept check, money order or on line payment with Bidpay.

A Buyer that makes me wait over 3 weeks for their payment & usually the day it arrives I get an anxious email asking "Did you mail my package yet"

Buyers that ask detailed questions that require detailed answers & don't reply to say "Thank you"

Buyers that refuse optional insurance, but demand replacement on lost packages.

Newby bidders that don't know how to use the FB system. Been a victim of this twice.
