It is Centennial Container in Denver, CO. There Phone number is (303) 371-7700. I am not sure it is viable for people who do not live in the Denver area becuase of shipping costs. They have free delivery in the Denver area for purchases over $50. I would check in your local Yellow pages for something closer. There are several in the Denver area, these guys had the largest selection and delivery which is very helpful.

JUst out of curiosity - why does anyone think that UPS woud give damn what box was used as long as you are using them and they are getting their full fee.

Only trouble with using boxes that have other shipping company names on them is they tend to get more abuse during the shipment. In my experience, when receiving packages, the majority of the damaged items arrive in other shipping company boxes.

Also, if you do get supplies shipped from USPS, you get a release card that you need to sign and return in order to be able to reorder any more items. And that form does spell out that the free boxes and lables may not be used for any other purpose than priority mailings. Personally, I don't like the potential risks involved with possible prosecution and even more important, damaged freight because I sent something in a priority box through UPS.

Does UPS give out free printing labels to its customers? You know the ones that have two half-sheets per page? Seems to me they wouldn't be handing those out but perhaps I'm wrong. I was just told (by a less than credible source) that you can get them for free through UPS.

Hi all,

When I send something first class I write the recipient's name and address on the box or envelope. No label needed.

As far as USPS Priority Mail, I use the free delivery confirmation one. Print it out on plain paper, trim it on my paper cutter and tape it to the box.

FedEx, same thing except it goes into the stick-on pouch FedEx supplies.

No need to fiddle around cutting up PM labels.
