Just wanted everyone to know that my negative feedback has been removed, YEH!! I must say I am left feeling very vulnerable. When I get an invalid email in future, I have no confidence that reporting it to eBay will result in any action. The buyer finally contacted me with a new email address, she said eBay called her last Friday and she was able to change her address over the phone. Great! but why was the account not suspended almost 4 weeks ago when I first reported it, and then the 6 times after that?
I have written to eBay and asked if some accounts are immune to suspension, and told them exactly what I did to prevent getting a negative feedback. Buyer is trying to say it's because her pc crashed, then HOW did she bid, and keep send messages to me, and 2 other sellers through eBay??
