I think your tumbler is Coleen #602. My book on modern stemware is by no means complete. The tumbler is shown in 2 sizes. 3½" & 4½", each book at $55.00
Your stem shape is shown in the book, but the cutting is different. It's referred to as a "short stem"
Sorry I can't nail it down for you.

I don't think it is Colleen. I looked at some on ebay and they have a cut golfball under the bowl and mine are smooth. Also these are probably 50 or 60 years old as the lady that I got them from is in her 80's

Tumblers don't have stems. Your first picture is of a tumbler, second picture is a stem.
