Steve - you are not getting it. Ebay does not spontaniously enforce the copyrights of trademarks of others. It is up to the owners of the copyrights to do it. Ebay simply complies with requests of the holders. Some copyright holders simply do not care.
Also - Did you not read the letter they sent you the first time you were suspended? All you had to sdo was send proof of ID and such and afidavit swearing that your actions were not intentional and that will never do it again. Problem is that by selling again you blew it and violated ANOTHER rule on top of the one that got you suspended. Plus you also committed the same offense that got you suspended in the first place.
Seyms - it is a woman that sells home sewn items using licensed fabrics. i.e. - she would make say a teddy bear or a shirt from fabric featuring the Cubs logo. The National Baseball League would have the auction shut down as a VERO violation. I wish I could find the story on her - maybe Kiara - the queen of search can find the article that wasposted here a few months ago about her most recent case.
