#12 in this group.

I was the oddball in the first group I guess LOL! The reason I chose #8 was because the top line was very readable, but the whole design was sort of eclectic, and I just thought it fit fluffy Just sort of whimsical as your about me page is - btw, I love your logo!

Duh! I just read what I typed last night! It's not really a 21" monitor, that's just what everyone around here calls it!

I'm not sure what size it really is...it is one of the larger ones.

Sorry 'bout that!!

#17 is totally unreadable! Maybe I am color blind?? I can't stand those mosaic things on black backgrounds!

I like #19, but lose the rugrats!

#16 is definitely the winner in this group!
Easy to read and I like the mosaic colors.

Out of all of them, I like #10 the best. The red border draws the eye and the large, bold font is easy to read.

I love these responses. I'm learning a lot.

I'm not creating these typefaces, BTW, I don't have time to be that Martha-Stewartian. I use an inexpensive little program called MyTypeArtist, which you can get for both Mac and Windows.

Fluff - is that from MySoftwareCompany? I used to use their MyProfessionalMailingList program and it was an absolute godsend for bulk mailing. Nothing quite like finding an inexpensive piece of software that saves you hundreds in cost and labor.

Yep.

The reviews on Amazon are dimwitted...clearly done by people who were expecting more handholding than they paid for. There are ways to do all the things they complain they can't do. And the lady who said she got the Windows version instead of Mac? It's the same CD! Duh!

I like # 10, but, with my glasses off, # 12 is the most readable. # 17 is an ADHD spaz attack.

I'm a graphic designer and I pick #4. Some of the others are flashier and APPEAR to be more readable -- but I predict #4 is more likely to be read and comprehended. Recent studies of web graphics indicate that, paradoxically, the more striking a textual graphic appears, the more likely it is to be read as "artwork" by the brain -- and ignored for its content. Design #4 uses a friendly, accessible typeface, which reinforces the message being conveyed -- another assist to comprehension.

Whenever you select your final choice and insert it in your auctions, how long do you think it will be before a non reading bidder emails you to ask if they can pay by check?

Whatever font you choose, consider available fonts that peoples browsers can read, which these days should be all of them, but you never know! I'd get people with oldy goldie computers emailing me their biatch reel.
People with visibilty issues jack up the size of their fonts, so test how your tables and junk like that end up at super sized fonts.
My pix of my horse look fine embedded in text of my choosing, but sometimes I test it and blamo.
Also, nix the "gif' or whatever the image is, sometimes hosts and images do not "happen" just can't explain it! Bad day at black rock.
Anyhoo.
Otherwise, you can layer tables for faux image affect. I tend to over worry that stuff, but most ebay auctions are so garbagely (is that a word?) made, it's a moot point.
Style sheets are also fun.
