Wow. I'm just thinking what the Clean Sweep (TLC) crew would do with some of our offices.
Some of your pictures look exactly like the "before" pictures of offices on Clean Sweep! I am procrastinating on taking my own pictures to show you all but will do so soon.
HOWEVER--I can find anything in my office quickly. I know where everything is, which is more than some of my friends and relatives can say about their neat offices.

I say this in hopes that you will be wiser than I was.
When I closed down my first office in 2002, I put everything left into storage: records, rolling wire racks, books, furniture, you name it. All business equipment, very little of sentimental value. That storage space cost me $390 a month. I was there for about a year.
Through organization and conscious toss-it-in-the-dumpster effort, I whittled that stuff down to about half, and moved to a smaller unit in a different storage facility. This one was only ("only"!) $195 a month. Again, I was there for about a year.
When I opened my new office a couple of months ago, everything from the storage unit went into a spare office area.
I did the math on my storage use. Now, keep in mind these are or were typical rents for various-sized storage units in my area. The two years of storage cost me $7,020. There was NOTHING stored worth anywhere near that. If I had simply trashed everything in 2002 and bought all new when I moved into my new office, I still would have been $4,000 or $5,000 ahead.
Think this one through and don't make the same mistake I did.
Storage facilities make as much money as they do because people suffer from inertia. The LAST thing I wanted to do after I closed my office was deal with all the furniture and other crap, so I stashed it away so I wouldn't have to look at it. It's a high price to pay for procrastination.
