When I state jewelry length and sizes of other items in my description (which I keep short and sweet) and I get an Ask the Seller a Question email asking me about sizes, I know they aren't reading the descriptions. I've started a canned response: "Please read the item description. There you will find the information you are requesting."

What a total waste of my time and energy.

bjboswell, just delete the picture with the cups and saucers. It will cause less confusion. No, some people don't read the descriptions, they just look at the pictures and start bidding.
