Ok we've seen your desks, cats and dogs and even birds...it's about time we showed our families...and we can stand some more pet shots too since they qualify as "family".

We rarely are in the same place at the same time anymore, so this family snapshot after graduation is about the best I can come up with.

To make this eBay related, my husband and the daughter on the left me help with my shipping - the graduate wants nothing to do with eBay and wants order back in the house and her mom to bake cookies like a "normal" mom...FAT CHANCE!

Thanks for sharing your picture. How do you insert a pic in a message?

you insert by using the following (take out the astericks *): [*img]picurl[/img]

But what if it doesn't have a url, because you don't have your own website to post it on first?
Any way to post a pick directly here without an additional website?

Thanks,
~RWS

Reallywonderful,

You must upload the picture(s) to the internet.

Most internet providers give you some free webspace, and you can follow their directions/ tutorials if they have one for unploading. Better yet, there are free places for non-commercial use where you can upload pictures for personal use like this. They require only that you visit the page every 30 days or so, or the pictures are deleted.

Registration and use for a small to moderate amount of space is free.

Below are a few I have used to share photos with family:

http://www.photoisland.com

http://www.picturetrail.com

[URL]http://groups.msn.com/home[/URL}

Bear in mind, you cannot use these services to host auction pictures or your free account will be terminated. Most of the services of this type give you limited space for, say, 10 to 30 pictures, and hope you will sign up for paid services. But you don't have to. They usually have tutorials for uploading your pictures to your new photo album on their site.

One the pictures are uploaded, you can come back here for further help on posting them if needed.

Good luck,
Patty

I can't get the picture in the message thing to work. Below is the link to my personal pics. Warning Nudity. (just kidding).

My family except for my brother does not live with me. I will try to figure out how to put a picture of them on.

This is at Shaver Lake when it was almost dark. It was taken last weekend when we were there to make the wedding arrangements for our youngest daughter (the redhead in the background). My other daughter is in front of her and then my husband and myself. It really is beautiful up there! We were dying of heat here in Vegas with 110+ degrees and wearing coats up there [ edited by lindajean on Jun 28, 2004 10:19 AM ]

popnrock,

I right-clicked on one of the pics on your page, clicked on "properties", copied the web address of the one picture, and pasted the address in between the image tags.

So here is what it said before I posted it (remove the asterisks. I have to put them in so you can see what I wrote, not the picture itself):

[*IMG]http://hometown.aol.com/kittenwtw/images/doll1.bmp[*/IMG]

Try right-clicking on the picture above, then click on properties, and you will see it's web address.

Sometimes when we give instructions, we assume readers already know how to do one or more of the steps. If something doesn't make sense that I say, ask and I will clarify it.

Patty

Hi all,

Okay, here goes! The first one is the whole bunch of us after a dinner last year with John's future in-laws. We went to a Moroccan restaurant - they had belly dancers to entertain us! My oldest son, Bob, in the front, is much thinner now. He's the one with the kids. Otherwise we all look pretty much the same.

The second one is me on the train coming back from Pensacola bringing the famous Make-Your-Own pizza bunch here for last summer's visit.

Okay, you asked for it. The first pic is me at the zoo (that's me on the left - not the one in the stroller, LOL). In the second one you see (from the left): Ken, me, my brother Stephen, his girlfriend Jackie, my step-father, my mother.
