He was such a BEAUUTIFUL BABY!

I was late getting to the airport, where the STORK was delivering him!

So i run down the terminal & skidded into the baggage office, yelling: "Where's Ralph?"

And there he was, in his little DELIVERY CAGE, smiling up at me...his DADDY!

OTOH: get a life TOM!

Tom

We are beginning to wonder! At least you treat Ralphie with the respect he deserves. Unlike a friend of mine who, as a child, thought he could teach his hamster to swim. Needless to say, hamsters cannot swim. It's kind of funny now, but I'll bet it wasn't then.

My turn!

This first one is dad and me. We are very close. He was badly burned in an explosion but is now dubbed "The Miracle Man". I'm very proud of him!

This next picture is of my dad and my daughter.

This is my boyfriend, my daughter and me.

And ... Can't forget mom!

What a great thread! Now we know who we're typing to and the REAL face behind the smilies.

Of course, I do think this one looks EXACTLY like me!

I almost forgot two very important pics. The first is my granddaughter, Tiffany, with her kindergarten teacher at graduation. She graduated kindergarten knowing how to read, write and do simple math! She writes me letters now even though she lives right down the street! The second photo is just before we left the house for her graduation ceremony.

It's hard to believe she's already through kindergarten and turns 6 next month!

Here's how it is done. Just remove the *s before posting:

[*img]http://mediaservice.photoisland.com/auction/Jun/20046291129610485373258.jpg[*/img]

Or, for a link use url instead of img. Just make sure you are using brackets and not parenthasis. Hope that helps. You'll get it!

Morning bizzycrocheting
Thank you for posting my photos,.......

and cblev65252 thank you also I think I just realized the reason why I can't do it,
as cblev65252 just mentioned "Just make sure you are using brackets and not parenthasis." That's just what I was doing wrong I guess, So I will try one and see if that was the reason...........lol

Lucy, just wanna say you have a great warm smile which seems to fit with your how I imagined you by personality on here!

I wont post because it will only later serve some embroilment I dont feel like battling here. But it is nice to see a quick look at other faces.

neroter,

Did I understand correctly that you feel if you post pictures of yourself or family, you will be attacked by other posters here? That's too bad.

As long as you are not pictured as nudists, I would post. I think although some of the posters on the boards can be rude, I find it difficult to beleive that most here would be intolerant of race or creed in this particular thread.

Perhaps you are middle eastern and concerned about attitudes during the current conflict? Perhaps you live an alternate lifestyle and have a same sex partner? I figure you aren't a hick who married their underage first cousin. (I can say that because I live in the South, and we joke about that stuff ourselves!)

This particular thread is simply a place to share a photo of yourself and/or your loved ones. If you post a lot in other areas here, though, I see that you may feel it will reveal too much and be used against you later.

Anyway, after writing the above, I do understand.

lol meadowlark, thanks for the post. Nah, I'm not middle eastern or anything...lol! but I do like to retain an aura of mystery (haha-if you only knew what a joke that is for my life!) but maybe later I will get some pictures and post them up. (I'm told I have a nice smile as well...but I think that comes down to how you feel inside...)

Anyway, yeah, its very nice to see all real people here. great bunch of pictures!

I haven't had much time to post the past several days, but I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed this thread. Thank you, Cheryl. My dad is very special to me. Lucy, how in the world do you stay in such great shape? (By the way, I still owe you an e-mail. Sorry.) And everybody else, I just have enjoyed so much peaking at these pictures. I just love this thread!

Hi I have enjoyed reading, learning and sometimes contributing the last few months. I thought that I would share my family with the crowd. Needless to say, I am very proud of my sons. I hope that this picture pops up. I am not that computer literate, I get by and depend on my sons for answers. rosanne

mamachia, it looks like you did not include the full web address.

Try again, and place between these tags, leaving out the $ signs:

Regular HTML does not work here. It took me a bit to get the hang of it too. The picture below is put here with the following (with the $ signs removed:
