Seems like every 2-3 days we get another 6-12 inches of snow. It's starting to get a little routine. We had about one foot of snow two Saturdays ago, it was followed by 6 inches on Monday, 6 inches on Wednesday and another 8 inches on Saturday. We're expecting up to another 12 inches today and the forecast is for another storm in a few more days...

We ran out of room awhile ago, not really sure where were going to put the new stuff...

*sigh*

Wish I had a digital camera so I could take a picture right now and post it here. I can still see the building across the street but not much beyond that...

The airport is reporting 13km visibility but I'm not sure where they are looking.

Winds are up to about 70 kph (about 40 mph) and the storm is just starting... *sigh*

The airport has now updated their weather report. They now have the visibility down to 200 metres (a little better than 200 yards) and they say that the ceiling is obscured (which means you can't see upwards) with heavy snow falling. I guess they finally looked out the window...

The building across the street is starting to disappear. I'm sure glad I decided to stay home today. Now all I need is a fireplace and a bottle of red wine...

It was a sunny 78 degrees today here in Phoenix. We're supposed to get a cold front tomorrow and get back down into the 60's. Not that's more like winter!

I'm celebrating my 5th wedding anniversary Saturday. The whole reason I wanted to get married in the winter was so that I wouldn't die of heat in a wedding dress. It was in the warm 70's on my wedding day Oh well, it was better than the other Saturday they had available. That was Super Bowl weekend when it was here

mouseslayer Happy Anniversary!

Ok the weather here in Beautiful Morgantown, PA, got a little warmer...the snow is still here, all 15 inches of it My son BEGGED me to go outside, so I said ok we could, but just to walk to the mailbox (we have a long driveway) so we donned our boots and coats and took our little walk. I brought the camera along (nerd mom, it's the first child hee hee) and here's the little devil on the way back...loves that white stuff

It is still very much like winter here in western PA, but the view from my patio is nice.

Well, just like I said, wait a couple of days and the weather will change here. It was so cold with winds up to 40 mph today. This week-end it's going to rain. Yea!

The wind is bad though. I'm listening to my police scanner and there is a two alarm fire a few minates from me. It's really going fast because of the wind, and of course their worried about being blown to other houses. I think it will go to three alarms with other cities coming in.

Yipee! We got everything today...rain, snow, hail, thunder and lightning. My kind of day.

We went to a storage auction in San Francisco, and the rain stopped for the whole auction, the sun even came out. That was good because this place is big (lot's of walking outside). Just as we were paying for our units it started pouring. Bought 5 units, but didn't stay to clean them out.

I wish people would be more cautious driving though. In one two mile stretch there were five accidents. People will not slow down and leave enough room to be able to stop.
