re: ***ALICIA'S SIGNED SILVER SWIMSUIT

The ad doesn't say whether it was washed or not. Wonder if that could affect value, LOL.

She was voted off solely because she is a threat.

I missed the episode (the programming people at CBS should be flogged for screwing around with the schedule like this), but don't you think it's possible that Alicia was voted out because she was obnoxious, arrogant and condescending?

No, that's Jerri

Actually, several people said outright that Alicia was considered a threat because of her strength.

No kidding, Zazzie. Even worse, basketball preempted The Young and The Restless for two days!

I think Alicia will go into the action movies. What do ya'll think?

Survivor aired the "catch-up" episode this last week so that their last episode can air on the first week of May -sweeps month- to try to get the ratings.

Looks like the auction did fairly well.

It's on tonight folks!

I want to see Tina -the glorified bed pan changer- go but I think it will be Nick.

Yes, I agree. I'm afraid Nick's time has come.

Nick has been flying under the radar---and the rumour mill has it that he wins immunity tonight.

But if Ogacore continues to vote Kucha members off as they have been and Nick is available to vote for he will be next.....I'm just hoping that the gruesome twosome (Jerri and Amber) will be taken out soon.

A perfect team would be Jerri and Meyer (of Boot Camp). Talk about a gruesome twosome. I also heard casting calls are up for the new Big Brother. Gee. I cant wait. Not.

Tonight was a great episode! I was totally shocked at the voting! And it was a PLEASANT surprise!

As soon as it ended I got an email from a friend, this is all it said:

Ding Dong, the witch is dead. The witch is dead. The witch is dead.

LOL!

Tonight's show had my daughter and I screaming at the TV, cheering for our favorites. It was alot fun!

I finally understand why guys yell at football games!

I am sooooo glad that witch is gone! Great show!

The funy thing about control freaks like Jerri is that they can never imagine that someone wouldn't want them around. I'll bet she's just telling herself that she was just too much of a competitor! ROFL!

I've been watching the show awhile and I just don't get why everyone hates Jerri. I thought Michael and Alicia were more objectionable by far.

Although you'd think that after last season, Jerri would have known that winning the "getaway" prize is the kiss of death.

I'm puzzled why Jerri was voted off. It seems like very bad strategy. If I was aiming to be one of the two finalists, I'd WANT the other person to be Jerri. It would guarantee the win as you would know how the entire jury feels about her.

Thats true Irene, but if they kept her, they would have to LIVE with her for the rest of the weeks. Like Rodger said..."if she wakes up in a bad mood, look out". Now, shes on the jury, so thats just as bad. Except they dont have to listen to her mouth (until the final vote, anyway).

No, Jerri just doesnt get it. She thinks she was voted off for saying it wasnt a fair game. Im sure she knows now that she is generally hated just because shes Jerri, lol.

Its begining to look alot like the first survivor. Bet Rodger is in to the end, like Rudy was. I also think colby has a good shot at it, along with keith. Elizabeth might make it to the end too.

Can't believe it! Thought for sure she would be one of the last two!

I read in the newspaper today that the Australian Air Force is in trouble for dropping off the Survivors as shown in the first episode. Tax money, I suppose.

Apparently the cost to do it was more than budgeted. They swear that it was a training excercise which they were going to do anyways.

Does anyone have any info on this?

Hepburn: I think if I could overcome skimishness enough to eat live bugs, I could probably live with an obnoxious personality for a few more days in order to collect a million bucks. I'd probably would try to either tune her out mentally or make up an game of trying to guess what she would do next to irritate the other players.

Colbys speech when he cast his vote:

"Jerri, Jerri, Jerri, your bugging the hell out of everybody. That knock you keep hearing at your door that's housekeeping it's check out time"

I think that abut sums up everyones feeling about Jerri.

I thought at the time that Colby's "shell game" strategy was just about the most perfect game-playing yet in the whole series -- Jerri's crest-fallen face said it all right there as the members of BOTH tribes hugged & thanked Colby, it's no wonder the votes started switching right there.

I wonder if anyone is realizing how "thoughtful" that really was on Colby's part, he may indeed be an astute schemer. Also clear he doesn't give much away about his inner thoughts -- Jerri was burbling about honeymoons & first dates, and he just smiled at her, went for walks, had a good time -- and plotted!

Or, he genuinely wanted to give them shells from the GBReef because he really liked them. Being stuck in the middle of nowhere does tend to make friendships bond, million or no. Some are closer than others, and bonding commences. Look at Richard and Rudy. I bet Richard gave some of his mil to Rudy when the show was over, and I believe it would have been the same if Rudy won. Same kind of "alliances" are forming at this one. I know if it was me, and I won, I would share with those I bonded with. Just human nature.
