Who left the children without adult supervision? They should be charged...minimally for endangering the welfare of a child.

If Lionel's mother was the one responsible...she does not have the judgement capacity to be his guardian or make his legal decisions.

If Tiffeny's parents did...they are merely projecting their own responsibility on to Lionel.

Either way here...there are some adults who are responsible playing themselves as a victom.

Pocono...you need to either separate yourself and your family from this or find a topic that does not frustrate you so much. Just some different opinions expressed here. None of us have any control over this case. Our backgrounds, our experiece, our perspectives have shaped our opinions...none of us are any more right or any more wrong than the others. We probably aren't going to change our minds just because of another subjective opinion by even posters we like.
