Hello everybody,

To address your concerns over the inclusion of the Vendio logo on invoices, we are reducing the size of the Vendio promotion and moving it to the lower left hand corner of the packing slip.

Please understand that one of the ways we remain inexpensive is by relying on our sellers to help market our services. We have included our logo in listings, checkout and other areas for years - Adding our logo to the packing slip is an extension of this philosophy.

Thanks,

Diana

I know you own the Invoice/Packing slips and can put what ever advetising you want. Currently, I have been cutting them off of my invoices. Your attitude about all of this is enough evidence to me that you obviously do not care about the customers you currently have. I pay my bill every month on time and feel I should be able to put what ever I like on my invoices.
Remember DO NOT BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU, it might be the end of Vendio.

Diana,

Please ask the philosophers to rethink this philosophy of "forced marketing".

It's cheaper to KEEP the customers you have as compared to "trying" to get new customers.

Thank you,

Most of us are removing it, covering it up, etc. Again, it is a waste of our time and a rather stupid business move on your part. As I noted in another post, professional firms (ie. accounting, invoicing, etc) do not do this. You could make some real money and get more customers by fixing the search engines in both the individual stores and in inventory searches and by partnering with a cc company. Use your business brainio!

The logo has not been moved to the lower left of the invoice. It is prominently displayed in the upper left the size is 88x31 pixels. Conventional wisdom is that word of mouth is the best advertising. In the short time I have been in business I have found that to be true.

I have never received an invoice from one company with the logo of another company on it. This is without precedent and unacceptable. I find it offensive and highly unprofessional. At my earliest convenience I will be replacing this service. In the interim I will continue to remove the logo manually.

I am very offended at this whole situation. I had a lot of trust and confidence in AW in the past and that has been taken away by the lack of concern about how sweeping changes would affect sellers. I am also disappointed that there there is no longer notification prior to sweeping changes.

I am scaling back my monthly base package today. When I am fully integrated into a new service, I will close my customer management and store options.

We had a good run. Vendio will need to attract a new 'style' of customer, the happily co-branded.
