Cash Advance for Bidpay sounds like a good idea. Can you get that with Paypal?

Watch out! Read the rules on paypal's site.
Cash advance is a no no, you could wind up with a big headache.

What that means is when a bidder buy's a M.O. from bidpay their CC company considers that a cash advance.

This may vary bank to bank.

Once approved, bidpay will mail you a M.O.
