Stoney,

How can you continue to do business with a company, when according to your own words, their conduct is UNCONSCIONABLE ?

Is it more palatable based on the amount of your personal profits?

At least I don't proclaim one thing while doing another. Further what is "UNCONSCIONABLE" about point out that your doing business with a company you find "UNCONSCIONABLE" ? Perhaps it is that your got tripped up?

Again you showing your stupidity like you did with the gambling issue. Stick to the facts. You act like a PAYPONZI employee. Thousands of businesses have these clauses and we will work to have them thrown out. That dosen't mean I'm gonna stop eating because a food company has an arbitration clause in it. Hope PAYPONZI doesn't take you to arbitration. Oh they won't because of me and alot of others.
When I get justice it will also help you.

Coonr I just got a fax of the courts ruling and it stated that
"the court concludes that the User agreement and the arbitration clause are substantively UNCONSCIONABLE under California law"
Even better than I thought.

I just love the way you post only part of a sentence..... wonder what the whole ruling really says.

You have destroyed any credibility you may have had, and demonstrated your only purpose is to bash PayPal.
