Even old Goodman had this disclaimer....

Now it is possible that the document I was sent is actually the decision as prepared by the plaintiffs against Paypal and not the actual judge's decision. It is possible that it is also a complete forgery.

So you think it is a forgy, so when the plaintiffs win in court, I guess you will claim that is a forgy as well.

More proof that you are indeed an employee

I did not say it was a forgery. The owner of the site where it is posted said it may be.

Excerpt from CNET.com:

Although PayPal's user agreement calls for the arbitration of disputes, U.S. District Judge Jeremy Fogel ruled that the arbitration clause in the agreement is unenforceable, PayPal said.

Excerpt from abanet.org (American Bar Association)

The court held that the arbitration clause was procedurally unconscionable because it was a contract of adhesion, imposed and drafted by a party of superior bargaining strength. The court said such a contract could still be enforced if the substantive terms are reasonable, but in this case the terms were substantively unconscionable.

I don't mean to mislead anyone, I'm just posting what I found on the internet.

So, I guess the articles are forgeries as well.

Have you ever seen a court opinion written in html?

As I suspected, you do not even have the guts to admit that a federal judge has ruled against your employer. What a shame, I am supposing that CNET is just being hostile to PayPal as well as the several lawsuits paypal including the two that have beemn filed by PayPal stock holders.

There are links in the CNET article

Told you I don't work for PayPal. I work for my self.

Keep trying. Its the best sign to an observer that you have no rational argument left.

Right, you don't work for PayPal, and I just saw a horse flying outside my window. I better go catch that.

Are you going to dispute that the federal judge ruled against your employer, or are you going to just hide behind your employer.

One more time:

Are you going to dispute that a Federal Judge has ruled against your employer? Or are you going to continue to dodge the question?

Coonr, it is a simple yes or no question, so give a simple answer.

I am sure he may be out there trying to defend ENRON, WORLDCOM, & Adelphia right now.

Depends if he is on the clock or not.

"Keep trying. Its the best sign to an observer that you have no rational argument left."

Coonr, are you saying that the content of the two sites I mentioned, one of which is the American Bar Association, as well as the opinion (I doubt someone would forge 19 pages of documents, and even if they did, the opinion fits in to what the 2 sites say and probably others) does not constitute a rational argument?

I have seen nothing from any credible source to say that PayPal's Terms of Use has been thrown.

I have seen reports that claimed arbitration would not be forced in two specfic cases. Nothing more. In fact most of those same reports indicated the rulling would most likely be challenged.

No Federal Judge has ever ruled against my employer.
