George W. Bush took the oath of office. It was duly administered in full public view.

Anyone who had an objection to his legal right to take office had their opportunity to raise the objection (and did).

The election may have been flawed but the fact that Bush is legally President of the United States cannot be somehow undone.

Until January 20th, 2005...

So I suggest you stop flailing this particular dead equine.
