One last post. Wow, Katy, you're something. I'm glad you're quitting. My DH and I have a very good friend who's been in AA for years...drinking almost killed him, but he licked it.
He smoked instead though, and couldn't kick the cigs...so now he's dying a very nasty death from emphysema. So unfair... He's a good man, and the best of friends. Seems like we can't even keep one little vice.
Oh well. I'm going to learn to love bran...

Good grief! I have got to quit drinking. I have not understood one paragraph of this thread. got a few words though!
In reality I have only had one small glass of very cheap wine. I would have some of the buttered popcorn to go with it....

Welcome to all the newbies I visit here pretty often - I like to read the posts first thing in the a.m. with my coffee with CNN on t.v. in the background. You can bet that anything you see on the national news, you'll read about here not long after (of course different versions, depending on whether you're a democrat or republican I lurked here way before I ever started posting - I used to think I could never fit in here - there are some really intelligent people who post here and I love reading what they have to say, and I have to admit that sometimes I may even change (just a lil' bit) my way of thinking on a certain subject (yes krs you are one of them - I would say don't let your head get too big but then, it already is Now just don't tattle on me for saying you have a big head! I work from home (not ebay), and some days I read the board 2 or 3 times a day, some days not at all, but for the life of me I don't understand how the same posters seem to be here all day, every day.  But then again, if they weren't, I'd be disappointed when I came in to read up on whats going on here in As The Round Table Turns I can barely keep track of who's who NOW - much less who's reincarnated! But that's okay. I think I'll  a little more before hitting the sack. (Oh yeah, it was quite awhile before I figured out how to make the little faces). Nite all.....

Hi Zilvy! brave or foolish? well...... prolly foolish I guess, but I knew that I was just having a little fun and nothing more - Course, having fun has been known to cause problems around here too .... But it's so hard when ya wanna kid around but can't get that emphasisin there like you would like, ya know? (guess that's what the smilies are for).
