I bought a Alps printer 1 month ago off of the yahoo auction, I still not have received it
at first the man was very apologetic about not receiving it & now he wont answer any of my emails, so I have no choice but to believe I was scammed, I contacted Paypal & they said there was nothing I or they could do. I will never buy off of an auction again
it was a $268.00 lesson learned, BUT, I am not stopping until something can be done about this
any suggestions ??

Did you pay by credit card? If so, you should be able to cancel, I think?

for amounts above 25-30 dollars, I think I would want insurance on my transaction..

I had a similar thing happen but not from an cuvtion paypal told me to bad and that because I agreed to the user aggrement it was to bad..Can't dispute with credit card because the person I sent the money to was PAYPAL !! They fulfilled their end by sending it on to the person who never sent the merchadise. i was told that if I contested i could be fined and My credit card revoked
