The 1st of this month I requested to have money transferred from my banking account to my PayPal account. My bank records show the transfer was made on the 7th. My PayPal records don't reflect the transfer. I emailed PayPal but all I get is a Bot reply pertaining to everything but my problem. Has anyone else experienced similiar problems with them?

If you post your problem with Paypal in the AuctionWatch.com Partner Services forum, perhaps the Paypal Rep will assist you. He reads the posts there Mon-Fri and offers assistance.
