We bought an old painting on ebay. We decided to have it reframed. When the back was removed we found items that have been appraised for a great deal of money. Must we notify seller? Can we be sued?

You should post this on the EBAY OUTLOOK---not here in BUYER BEWARE, nobody comes here very often---and this would make a great thread.

In my humble opinion---NO...you bought the item, all of it.
