I know this is just one of many Exchangepath posts, but are people actually getting anywhere? Like many others, my account has been suspended just like that, and repeated attempts to get ANYWHERE with this has been fruitless!
I have called practically DAILY and have always been told that my information will be forwarded to an account representative who will call me back within the day.
But does that happen?? Of course not!! Anyone here know of any way to get some results?? I have tried to be nice, calm, and polite to the Customer Service agents, if they can even be called that, but all I've gotten were RUDE CUSTOMER AGENTS. Three of the agents I spoke to were clearly EATING and SLURPING DRINKS while I was on the phone. Another was obviously chewing gum and blowing bubbles!! When I asked if it would be possible if I could contact an Account Representative directly, this one agent simply LAUGHED and gave me a number, but was LAUGHING UNDER HER BREATH while she gave it!! What kind of company is this?
I have around $1000 stuck in there, any ideas on what we can do? Alert the BBB? Sue?

When my account was frozen I called as you did. I went to their site & under the "About Us" tab, selected "Contact Us" & called the number liseted there. Also under the "About Us" is a list of Management. I was told that a representative would call by close of business (COB). They did call, but an hour after COB & I missed the call. I am in a differrent time zone. I called again the next day & told them when my COB was & gave them my home phone # as well. They called me at home at about 8pm & I was able to get my account activated. The person I spoke to was very helpful & friendly & had stated that they had been putting in tremedous hours responding to this new verification process they are going through. All in all my experience was positive.
