I have recently tried to purchase several items on Egghead auctions, only to have the orders cancelled withoug explanation by Egghead. Calls to Customer Service...after 20-30 minute waits...have not helped. Ever since they changed their computer system around June 24th, their service seems to have taken a very definite turn for the worse.
Am I alone or are others having problems with Egghead?

Ever since Onsale merged with Egghead, they have become unreliable. Orders disappeared. Orders shipped to the wrong address. Orders that suddenly arrived 4 months later. The final straw was when I ordered two laser printers and received 4, though my CC was only charged for 2. I decided to quit while I was ahead.
