I started the complaint case on 8/21. Still have not received any responses. I sent another email inquiring about status on 9/24, still nothing.
Should I go through my CC to request chargeback and forget about waiting for a response?
There are indivuals who are looking to see if PayPal has resolved your problem. Go back to your orginal post and let everyone know what the status quo is.

It appears to have been 30 days from the date you filed the claim. Can you please email me your account email address, as I would like to escalate the matter through to our Buyer Complaint team.

If your problem has not been resolved by PayPal, I hope you have contacted your credit card company and request a chargeback. You have 60 days to do a chargeback with your credit card--after that time kiss your money GOODBY.
