Dear Gladys,
We received your affidavit of loss on the debit card ending in 1619.
In order to process your affidavit of dispute, I will need to know what
efforts you've made to resolve this issue with the merchant. When you saw
the receipt and realized the merchant's error, did you go back to them with
all the receipts and requested a refund for $42.05?
Since the sells receipt contradicts with the debit sale receipt they
provided you with, it should not be too difficult for you to prove that
they were in err. This is the fastest means of getting this issue
resolved. Please reply with a response to the above inquiry ASAP.
If you have any further questions, please reply to this email.
Sincerely,
Priscilla

1-800-275-8777 is central usps customer service, report your local bozo postal clerk to the main office.
once i dealt with a usps contract station which said they are too busy to go to school and learn global priority mail, well i told the main office and they were told to learn,no such thing as too busy and so they dont handle global priority mail.
once another usps station employee threw my package marked fragile into that canvas dumpter and said this is just the beginning,it just get worse as it moves along, well i reported her too.
your postal clerk need to learn,it is never too late to teach old dogs new tricks/

WILLARDJ:
Why are you blaming PayPal??? The overcharge is in the USPS account and they need to issue you a credit. PayPal didn't make the mistake, the Postal Clerk did. The Post Office has your money. Get it back from them!

PayPal should still try and help out a member with a problem. However, they don't care about their customers. PayPal's Motto: We are getting so many new members everyday that we can afford to lose you as a customer.

PayPal really is not the problem here. The Post Office made the over charge. They use a machine like any other business that accepts cards. If we make a mistake when we run a card we simply redo the sale and correct the charge. That should have been all that was needed. I can't believe the hassle here, but perhaps you should use another Post Office.
